This week
Our members are diverse with a wide range of interests, hobbies and knowledge, this week is an example of this. Gus Dominguez will tell us about the history of Tango, a dance originating from his home country of Argentina. Hopefully we get to see a few of his dance moves!
Reminders
25 April - ANZAC Day shot gun breakfast at Bunjil Place will again be organised by the Rotary Club of Narre Warren. They need helpers with cooking the BBQ, serve sausages, and serve breakfast in the function room. Help will be required from 5 a.m. until around 9 a.m.
29 April - we will be celebrating our club's 65th birthday and my 40th birthday. I have started receiving some of your 40th birthday photos, but I still need many more. Please don't forget to email or text me a photo of you and your partner when you were 40 for our slideshow that night!
9 May - 10am - 2 pm at St John of God Hospital we will packing birthing kits. We will need members to help organise the event and talk to the staff at St John of God to tell them about the great work we do.
13 and 14 May - We need helpers at the Berwick College Presentations Balls. The event occurs over both nights. Please see Andrew or Michele if your able to assist. You will receive dinner and get to be part of a really fun night out.
20 June - I am looking to get a table of 10 people together for a fundraiser called Unlocking Hope. This event is run by the Rotary Club of Casey, funds will go to support Rizeup an organisation supporting families impacted by family violence. Details on the flyer, please let me know if you are interested in attending.
