Obviously I cannot say too much, but I am hoping Tim will be presenting some truly amazing photographs of his trip.

Rhonda O'Connor is the Mission Director looking after a new $120 million hospital St John of God's is currently building in Berwick, investing in state-of-the-art facilities and equipment to significantly expand the services we deliver to our rapidly growing community. The new hospital will open in January 2018, expanding the locally-based team of health professionals with more than 200 new jobs to become a major employment source and consolidating Berwick as a hub in the Victorian health and education strategic plan. On March 9, 1940 Dr Percy Langmore and his son Dr Leonard Langmore opened the first Berwick and District Bush Nursing Hospital on Gloucester Avenue. Alongside three nurses, they provided hospital services for the 1,000 residents of Berwick. St John of God Health Care continues the legacy of the early pioneers since 2003 and began a period of expansion and modernisation that would help meet the health care demands of the growing population of Casey and Cardinia.
